This is a ladies' riding whip with a traditional hand-carved antler handle furnished with a large silver collar hallmarked for: 
'Birmingham 1902' 

With a makers mark: 
'M.P'

The whip has a whangee bamboo shaft with an original chrome leather end. 

A well made & sturdy whip, suitable for use or a collector.
